RYA Dinghy Courses March (Sat)

21st - 28 March

Sailing is a relatively cheap sport to take up and you don't need any special equipment to get started just comfy clothes, soft soled shoes and a sense of adventure! If you'd like to try sailing for the first time South Staffs Sailing Club is a great place to do it.

At SSSC we offer sailing dinghy training to the RYA syllabus to maximise the enjoyment and safety of sailing over the achievement of the highest possible sailing performance. However the club is blessed with a highly skilled sailing membership including several past national and world champions that will gladly offer tips and advice to the more advanced sailors.

We are an RYA Recognised Training Centre and as required have the facilities, equipment and team of qualified Assistant Instructors, Dinghy Instructors and Senior Instructors to enable us to deliver courses on the National Sailing Scheme for both single and double handed sailing dinghies, breaking down the skills required for competent and confident sailing into specific levels.

More information on our Level 1 - Start Sailing and Level 2 - Basic Skills courses can be found on their respective webpages.
