Tasters

If you've ever thought about learning to sail (or even if you haven't), why not come down and speak to us about the world of possibilities?

We offer free taster sessions for a small number of people between 9:15am and 10:30am on the first Sunday of each month, and it's totally free!

Our experienced members will be on hand to take you out in a boat, so you don't need any previous experience!! Although it may be wise to bring a change of clothes (including shoes)... just in case!

Buoyancy aids and safety equipment will be provided free of charge by the club.

Our lovely modern clubhouse has changing rooms with warm showers, which will be available for you to use, and there will be light refreshments available to purchase from our galley, as well as a fully licensed bar.

Free car parking is available on site - please do not park on the lane itself as it is quite narrow.

So why not come and check us out - sailing doesnt cost as much as you might think! Most people will tell you how their first boat cost less than £500, and you dont even have to buy a boat. Most people start by learning to sail and then crewing for someone in their boat or you can hire a club boat until you are ready to buy your own.
